Boost Phone Data

We’re working with the DfE and mobile companies - BT Mobile, EE, Lycamobile, O2, Sky Mobile, SMARTY, Tesco Mobile, Three, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone - to temporarily increase data allowances on certain networks. This is so children can continue their remote education without incurring extra data charges. If a child does not have their own phone, we can increase data on a family member’s phone, so long as they’re in the same household. Click the link below to apply:

Financial help

During the school holidays when free school meals are not available, help is still available for families who need additional support. If you are struggling or feel that you are unable to make ends meet, Surrey councils are continuing to support you and your communities through these unprecedented times.

Surrey have a dedicated helpline that residents who are struggling and in need of support can call on 0300 200 1008 and someone will be able to get them the help they need.
