At Reigate Valley College, we use a parent portal called Arbor. 

The portal has an associated parent app, which you can download to your phone.  The app will give you access to a host of information around life at school, which is explained further below.

Parents will receive an email welcoming them to the Arbor Community.  From here, you can sign up and create your parent account.  The Arbor App is available to download from the App Store or Google Play Store for Android 5.0 or iOS 10.0 and upwards.

Pupil Information

Your Arbor app will allow you to see the information we hold on your child in school – ranging from their name and date of birth to medical information and parental permissions.  Within the app, you are able to keep the school updated on all this sort of information.  

Communication

The Arbor app has a built-in messaging service, complete with push notifications. For example, if we need to send a short message, you will receive an in-app notification.  If we publish a letter or newsletter to you, we will send a website link via the in-app notification and you will receive a copy in your emails.

When you download the app – please ensure you have enabled push-notifications.
